Board members don’t work for the company, don’t do daily operations, don’t have any kind of certificate and they think they are a big shot because the are given a title of vice president or president or secretary treasurer etc. They are given those titles because they are volunteers and so that they can feel like they got power but in reality they don’t know shit.
